​14th November:

President of Israel, Mr. Reuven (Ruvi) Rivlin, arrived on a week long state visit to India upon the invitation of President Mukherjee. This state visit by an Israeli President is the first in nearly 20 years, taking place in reciprocity to the October 2015 visit by President Mukherjee, and symbolizing the growing partnership between India and Israel.

16th November:
President Rivlin visited the Taj Mahal and the Triveni Water Treatment Plant in Agra today. The Triveni Water Treatment Plant which uses Israeli water treatment technology to supply clean drinking water to one million citizens in the city of Agra. The technology is provided by Israel company “Aqwise”, provider of advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions.
